We are also registered for various activities connected to real estates but our primary activity is a service of mediation during property transactions, renting out and leaseing.

We pay special attention to the correctness and validitiy of all property documents subjected to our work, which are always accessible in our agency.

We collaborate with architectural, geodesic, constructional professionals, solicitors´ offices, and thus we offer you a complete service.

We contract for The Agreement about Mediation with the buyers and sellers, which regulates all rights and obligations both parties have.
Our commission is 3 % + VAT from the seller, 3 % + VAT from the buyer, and the prices of our other services vary according to the subject´s magnitude and the work done.
